Arthur S. Holden Science Teacher of the Year
George B. Chapman, Jr. Math Teacher of the Year
Ohio Master Teacher of the Year
George B. Milbourn Team Teachers of the Year
Ohio Superintendent of the Year

The nomination process is easy:
1. Nomination letter from the teacher's superintendent on district letterhead
2. Nomination letter from the teacher's principal, and
3. One-page only teacher narrative about why and how they teach.
2026 Nominations must be submitted by APRIL 30, 2026

To be considered, candidates must be nominated by their superintendent and have at least three years of teaching experience in Ohio.

To be considered, candidates must be nominated by their school board president and have at least five years of experience as an Ohio Superintendent of Schools. He or she must have served in their current position for at least two years and have a Masters Degree with appropriate certification by the state of Ohio.

Awards Banquet:
On July 24, 2025, educators from across Ohio gathered at the Cleveland Marriott East for our Annual Educators Awards Banquet. The event brought together PK-12 teachers, school and district leaders, superintendents, and representatives from Ohio colleges, universities, and non-profit organizations.
Guests came together to honor this year’s award recipients and to celebrate our 2024 Jennings-Fund for Teachers Fellows, recognizing their dedication, innovation, and impact on public education in Ohio.
